  • ⅓ cup natural roasted almond butter (85g)

  • cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or "milk" of choice)

  • teaspoon Stevia extract

  • 10 drops lemon or almond flavor

  • scoops Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder** (I used SunWarrior) 168g
